Each set of links is fully redundant and is replicated at least twice. The fibre optic links are doubled (diversity) or even tripled (triversity), and 2 Cisco routers, each equipped with 2 routing cards, connect your Fog Hosting servers physically to the internet.

A rigorous verification procedure

In order to provide our customers with quality servers, every Fog Hosting machine undergoes a series of technical compliance and performance tests, under all possible conditions. Prior to delivery, a robot verifies that the hardware matches what the customer has ordered and that its performance meets the specifications.
We will check:
The processors (conformity, load test, temperature)
The RAM (size, memtest)
The BIOS (BIOS version, virtualisation)
The disks (speed, S.M.A.R.T, firmware version, etc.)
If an error is detected, one of our technicians will replace the faulty hardware on the machine.

Hardware guaranteed for life

If your Fog Hosting server goes down, you will automatically receive an email stating the time that the incident was detected. Our technicians are on site in our datacentres 24/7 and will take control of the machine and launch the diagnostic. We will keep you informed and update you when we start working on your server. We will send you a full report as soon as the incident has been resolved.
